ITINERARY
- Day 1
Arrival Meet & Greet / Flight To Mfuwe
Upon your arrival at Lusaka's Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, one of our agents will be there to meet you, providing assistance with your luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in process for your journey to Mfuwe in South Luangwa National Park.
Upon reaching Mfuwe Airport, you will be warmly received by a guide from Mfuwe Lodge, who will then transport you to the lodge, approximately a 45-minute drive. After check-in, your itinerary offers flexibility based on your arrival time. You can opt for a captivating night game drive, a unique and extraordinary experience focused on observing nocturnal animals in the darkness, or you may choose to unwind and relax at the lodge. If you decide to partake in the night game drive, you will return to the lodge just in time for dinner or bedtime.
- Day 2 - 3
Exploring South Luangwa National Park
You'll start your day with breakfast before embarking on your morning wildlife exploration, which offers the choice of either a game drive safari or a walking safari. Following your morning adventure, you'll return to the lodge for lunch and a period of relaxation before the afternoon and evening activities.
In the late afternoon, you can enjoy a refreshing tea or coffee service, followed by an exciting night game drive that commences in the afternoon. This thrilling experience includes a pause for a sundowner drink to soak in the scenery before resuming the night drive activity. During this activity, a skilled spotter will use a spotlight to search for nocturnal creatures. Dinner will be served, allowing you to conclude the day at your own pace.
- Day 4
Flight from Mfuwe to Livingstone via Lusaka
Following your morning breakfast, your schedule may include another morning game drive, contingent on your flight arrangements to Livingstone. Subsequently, a guide from Mfuwe Lodge will arrange to pick you up, ensuring you reach Mfuwe Airport in time for your journey to Livingstone.
Upon arrival at Livingstone Airport, one of our drivers will be there to welcome you, provide luggage assistance, and transport you to the David Livingstone Lodge and Spa. Once you've checked in, lunch will be served based on your arrival time.
The remainder of the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure, whether it's taking in the spectacular Zambezi River or considering various optional activities. Later in the evening, you will be treated to a delightful dinner, after which you can retire for the night.
- Day 5
Guided Falls Tour & Sunset Boat Cruise
After breakfast in the morning, you will be picked up for the guided tour of the Victoria Falls before returning to the lodge almost in time for lunch and free time to relax.
Later in the afternoon, you will go out for the Sunset Boat Cruise on the Zambezi River, returning to the Lodge for dinner followed by bed time at leisure.
- Day 6
Transfer to Chobe Safari Lodge in Botswana
Today, you'll enjoy breakfast before checking out of the lodge. Following that, you will be transferred to Chobe Safari Lodge, located in the Chobe National Park in Botswana, where you'll spend the last two nights of your adventure.
Upon arrival, you'll complete the check-in process and savor a delightful lunch. Afterward, you can unwind before engaging in an afternoon wildlife activity, choosing between a 3-hour boat cruise or an afternoon game drive safari. You'll return to the lodge at your own pace before a dinner service, followed by retiring for the night at your leisure.
- Day 7
Exploring Chobe National Park, Botswana
In the morning, a delicious breakfast is provided, setting the stage for a choice of either a morning boat cruise or a game drive safari activity. You'll return to the lodge for lunch, granting you some leisure time for relaxation.
In the later part of the afternoon, you can enjoy a soothing afternoon tea or coffee service, followed by an afternoon wildlife expedition that concludes back at the lodge, where you can unwind. Dinner will be served before it's time to retire for the night.
- Day 8
Transfer to Kasane Intl Airport
Breakfast will be served first, then you will later check out of the lodge and, depending on your flight time, the driver from Chobe Safari Lodge will transfer you to Kasane International Airport , Botswana (BBK).br>
