- Day 1
Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our representative will greet you and escort you to Lake Nakuru National Park, a wildlife sanctuary that safeguards endangered species, notably the Black and White rhinoceros, along with other typical animals like leopards and lions. After reaching the park, we will enjoy a satisfying lunch at the camp. Following this, we'll embark on an afternoon game drive, continuing until the sun sets.
- Day 2
Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara
Experience an early morning safari drive, returning to the camp for breakfast, and then set out for your journey to the renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which derives its name "spotted plains" from the Maa language. This reserve is globally celebrated as the ultimate wildlife sanctuary, boasting the highest concentration of large mammals. It's famously interconnected with Tanzania's Serengeti, making it a renowned stage for the annual wildebeest migration.
Upon arrival, complete the check-in process, savor a delicious lunch, and later, embark on an evening wildlife viewing adventure. Be prepared to immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes of endless savannahs, adorned with scattered shrubs and thickets. Traverse these seemingly limitless plains and witness the rich diversity of wildlife, bringing to life the creatures you've previously only seen on television.
- Day 3
During your visit, you'll have the chance to thoroughly explore this exceptional reserve. You might encounter elephants, giraffes, prides of lions, and an abundance of impalas, topis, grants, and Thomson's gazelles. The avian life is incredibly diverse, including a substantial number of migratory species, with a recorded count of 400+ bird species, among which 50+ are birds of prey. The Mara serves as the stage for the annual migration of millions of wildebeests, as they journey from the Serengeti plains in search of water and grazing grounds. - Day 4
Maasai Mara - Lake Naivasha
We will commence the day with a morning safari drive, and upon our return, a sumptuous breakfast awaits. Subsequently, we will complete the check-out process and embark on our journey to Lake Naivasha, the foremost of the Rift Valley Lakes, nestled at the base of Mount Longonot on its northern side. Historically, Lake Naivasha served as the landing spot for East Africa's inaugural air travelers, arriving in the iconic flying boats of Imperial Airways. Following lunch at the lodge, you can relish a leisurely stroll along the lake's shoreline and partake in a boat excursion to observe the myriad bird species soaring above.
- Day 5
Lake Naivasha - Nairobi for Departure
Following breakfast, you will depart by road, crossing the Rift Escarpment on your way to Nairobi. You will be transferred directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your departing flight.
